An Attorney Realtor, when handling a property transaction, will draft a customised sales contract specific for his client as the seller and the buyer for a property sales transaction and not employ the typically used one-size-fits-all contract that often has sections that doesn’t apply to your transaction or skims over important aspects of your specific  transaction.
